Nuffnang was giving away John West Tuna to whoever who wants to take up the challenge of making a simple and healthy recipe out of it (extra points if you just use the 'spork', spork = spoon fork i think they are just trying to be 'smartny').
Anyway, MISSFATTYFOODIE IS UP FOR THE CHALLENGE!!!
I love john west's tuna and my favourite is their light sweet chilli tuna :)
I was really excited and surprised when I received the package from Nuffnang. Couldn't wait to try the new Tuna & Beans flavour.

With so many extra ingredients, it will make a substantial meal by itself.

I've decided to use the free tuna (thank you nuffnang!) to make (recipe 1) :
Tuna in a Tortilla Cup
Cooking time - less than 10 minutes
What you need -
2 plain flour tortilla
salad mix
salad dressing or just olive oil (optional)
John West Tuna & Beans
Equipment-
2 oven-proof bowls
hands (preferably clean)
spork
extra points?!?!

I tore it into halves and place them in, as the tortilla was a bit too big.
place it in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) for about 5 minutes.

Tuna in a Tortilla Cup!

Eat up Tuna and the Tortilla cup with a spork and there will be no dishes to wash for the day!
Recipe 2:

Margarine or Light Cream Cheese
John West Tuna & Beans
Crisp Bread
Tomato and Lettuce
