Nuffnang was giving away John West Tuna to whoever who wants to take up the challenge of making a simple and healthy recipe out of it (extra points if you just use the 'spork', spork = spoon fork i think they are just trying to be 'smartny').
Anyway, MISSFATTYFOODIE IS UP FOR THE CHALLENGE!!!
I love john west's tuna and my favourite is their light sweet chilli tuna :)
I was really excited and surprised when I received the package from Nuffnang. Couldn't wait to try the new Tuna & Beans flavour.
John West Tuna with Capsicum, Sweet Corn, Red Kidney Beans & Chilli.
With so many extra ingredients, it will make a substantial meal by itself.
goodness in a can
You don't even have to use your own utensils as a 'spork' is included. No need to wash up after eating and you don't have to bring it to a park and eat it with your fingers. The tuna & beans taste good by itself too.
I tore it into halves and place them in, as the tortilla was a bit too big.
place it in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) for about 5 minutes.
While the tortilla turns into a crispy cup, mix the salad with the salad dressing that you like.

Take out your baked and crispy tortilla cups from the oven, put the salad in, then put the tuna on top. Isn't it simple?
