MissFattyFoodie's 5 minutes Dinner

as a very impatient person, i try to prepare my dinner as fast as I can. let me show you how i prepare my 5 minutes dinner which was delicious!

ingredients:
1) buy the roast chicken from woolworths 
2) pack of washed and ready to use spinach and rocket mix
3) frozen carrots and corn (just microwave it cos im lazy, but the healthier way is to use fresh vegetable and steam them)
4) olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper for the salad dressing.

voila!!!

i can never make roast chicken as yummy as the store bought ones, so i found the $9.90 ones from the supermarkets really good value for money, and so convenient for dinner.
